I draw from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Exposure Response Prevention, Internal Family Systems, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Cognitive Processing Therapy. I tailor my approach to fit your unique needs.

My journey to mental healthcare

Before becoming a therapist, I served in the military, an experience that inspired me to pursue a career supporting others' mental health and well-being. This led me to obtain my Doctorate in Social Work (DSW) from the University of Tennessee. My military background has enabled me to connect especially well with veterans.
