My focus

I am a Christian counselor and believe a spiritual aspect is important when it comes to mental health. I work from an eclectic framework, although I specialize in Christian Counseling and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.

My approach

I am a Christian-therapeutic-relational counselor. I provide support and practical feedback to help clients effectively address personal life challenges. My commitment is to provide a safe place of trust and to walk alongside my clients through the struggles they are currently facing and teach them more adaptive ways to manage their lives.
