Hi there, I'm Donna Kim!
My name is Donna "Kim" Naffah, and I am an LPC and registered therapist in Virginia. Therapy is all about working with individuals to improve their mental well-being by helping them identify and change troubling emotions, thoughts, and behaviors. I have over 15 years of experience providing such therapy.
My focus
My focus was psychology, where I received my undergraduate degree from UVA Wise and my master's Degree from Radford University. I have been a private practice therapist since 2011. I’m open to working with anyone who is looking to better understand themselves and unlock their potential.
My approach
I approach therapy with an eclectic assortment of approaches and tools to individualize our work to best meet your needs. I utilize CBT, as well as a variety of other therapeutic approaches such as Narrative Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Client-Centered Therapy, Interpersonal Psychotherapy, Mindfulness-based therapy, and Exposure Therapy.
