My journey into therapy started because of wanting to understand the beginnings of stories. What's the beginning of your story? Everyone has stories, and they're all unique, and they bring their own challenges sometimes as the journey of our life takes us to new and challenging places. Our first session

Your first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and discuss what brings you to therapy. It’s normal to feel nervous—therapy is a process we’ll build together over time. We’ll move at your pace, one step at a time, and I’ll be here to guide you throughout.
