My journey to mental healthcare
During my time volunteering with a homeless outreach group, I had the opportunity to build relationships with individuals who were living outside and hear their stories. Listening to their experiences and learning about the challenges sparked a curiosity in me about how people heal from trauma and develop resilience. This led me to pursue a career as a mental health therapist, where I could help others work through their struggles and find ways to cope with adversity.
My first session with you
We’ll complete an intake to understand your unique goals for therapy and history with the symptoms being addressed. This allows us to construct a full picture of your experiences and collaborate on a treatment plan.
