I offer body-inclusive therapy for women and individuals ready to reconnect with themselves. I specialize in supporting eating disorder recovery, the hormonal and biological shifts of midlife, parenthood challenges, and young adult transitions through a whole-person, justice-informed approach.

I offer practical, collaborative therapy using CBT to reshape unhelpful thoughts, Narrative Therapy to re-author your story, and Solution-Focused tools for your goals. Grounded in a weight-neutral, holistic philosophy, I adapt to your needs so you can step out of burnout and reclaim your personal authority and peace.

My communication style

I offer a calm, collaborative space with direct, empathetic communication. I practice active listening and offer gentle, candid feedback. In action, this looks like pausing a CBT thought loop to ask: 'Is that your voice, or a script you were handed?' then finding a solution-focused micro-action to restore your peace.

My journey to mental healthcare

My path to becoming a clinical social worker and practice owner stems from a deep belief in human resilience and bodily autonomy. I am continually inspired by witnessing clients reclaim their personal authority from heavy cultural scripts. What motivates me today is helping individuals step out of burnout and cultivate deep, lasting peace.
