My journey to mental healthcare

I’ve always been drawn to understanding people and what truly creates change. Over time, I saw that insight alone isn’t enough. This led me to somatic and experiential work—helping clients shift patterns not just mentally, but in a deeper, lasting way.

We define what you want to feel different, then work in real time to shift patterns. I help you build awareness and emotional regulation so you can respond with more clarity and choice. The goal is lasting change—not just coping, but transformation.

The first session is a calm, supportive space to share what’s bringing you in. You don’t need to have it all figured out. I’ll guide the conversation, help clarify your goals, and give you a sense of how we’ll work together moving forward.
