I stress open communication to create a supportive environment. I practice active listening and will demonstrate empathy and unconditional positive regard.

My journey to mental healthcare

I started off teaching high school math and saw how my students were coming to school carrying so much dysregulation, anger, and sadness. I decided to move towards mental health. I saw that to learn, grow, and develop, one must work on healing by focusing on their emotional wellbeing.

My goals for you

By creating a treatment plan that reflects the client's needs and wants. By checking in with the client and encouraging them to find creative ways to push their boundaries and learn positive coping skills.

Our first session

My goal is to get to know my client. I am curious about where you've been and how you got here, and what you want to be. I try to create a warm and welcoming space for all of my clients so they feel comfortable sharing their personal stories.
