I use a strengths-based, trauma-informed, judgment-free, and values-centered approach to help clients achieve their goals and make change.
My focus
My ideal clients are excited to dive into therapy and motivated to do the work. I most frequently work with queer people, people experiencing financial struggles, and people struggling with anxiety and life transitions.
My approach
I believe in adapting my approach to meet client needs. Among others, I use modalities such as CBT to help clients restructure thinking errors, DBT to help clients with mindfulness, and Motivational Interviewing to help clients make change.
