Hello and welcome to my bio. I am so glad you are here! Sometimes the hardest part is reaching out for support and getting the ball rolling - once we start, it should all be downhill!

I work with clients of all ages and backgrounds. I do so with transparency and questions of self-reflection.

My approach

My counseling methods are tailored to individual needs, but I have proven success with solution-focused approaches of talk therapy called cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), Acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and motivational interviewing (MI).

I describe myself as honest, funny, and compassionate. I love adventure, therapy, and true crime. If you feel we are a good fit, I look forward to meeting you.

I have had a lot of working experience in my life that has led me to becoming a therapist - I am not here by accident!

I assist clients in defining their own goals, then we make a plan to address them. It is common in therapy that our focus or goals change as things come up and life happens.
