I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns, including trauma, abuse, depression, anxiety, self-harm, ADHD, LGBTQIA+, life transitions, workplace concerns, familial relationship concerns, and self-esteem issues.

I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I am well-versed in cultural diversity and the impact it could possibly have on treatment. My approach is interdisciplinary, and I tailor dialogue and treatment to meet the individual's unique and specific needs.

My journey to mental healthcare

I was drawn to psychotherapy by my early desire to understand people, decisions, and relationships. From a young age, I could listen, understand, and set goals. Coming from a family of color and witnessing the impact of trauma and life challenges, I was set on assisting others and breaking barriers and stigma in mental health.
