I’m a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) and Substance Use Disorder Professional (SUDP) in Washington State. My journey to mental healthcare

My journey into clinical social work grew from a desire to support people through difficult, complex moments with compassion and practical guidance. Over time, my work in behavioral health, substance use, and crisis services shaped my belief that people can heal, grow, and build meaningful change when they feel understood and supported.
