My journey to mental healthcare

My journey began in primary care, where I witnessed how often mental health concerns were overlooked even though they deeply impacted overall well-being. I was drawn to support individuals beyond their physical symptoms—to help them heal emotionally, regain stability, and improve their quality of life.

My goals for you

I approach goal setting as a collaborative and personalized process. Together, we identify meaningful, achievable goals that align with your values, strengths, and priorities. We regularly revisit and adjust goals based on progress and changing needs.

Our first session

During the first session, you can expect a supportive and thorough evaluation. I take time to understand your mental health history, current symptoms, medical background, lifestyle, and any concerns or goals you'd like to address. The first visit is a space for open dialogue—I encourage questions and work to build trust.
