I practice active listening and will give you opportunities to reflect on your experiences with you as an empathetic partner. If we’re working through something challenging, you can expect me to be calm and patient.

My journey to mental healthcare

My journey into therapy began with a deep curiosity about human resilience and a desire to help others find strength through life’s challenges. Working with underserved communities showed me the transformative power of therapy and reinforced my belief that everyone has the capacity for growth, healing, and lasting change.

I see therapy as a partnership, where we work together in a way that feels supportive, practical, and centered on your needs. We’ll set goals that matter to you and focuses on personal growth. As you gain insight we’ll continue to adjust our approach so it remains remains meaningful and aligned with where you want to go.

Our first session

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and talk about what brings you to therapy. It is completely natural to feel nervous at first. Therapy is a process we will build together over time, moving at a pace that feels right for you. I will be here to support and guide you each step of the way.
