My journey to mental healthcare

My passion for mental health began with homeless families, where I witnessed significant disparities and clients feeling powerless. This ignited my passion for holistic healthcare and integrative care. I believe therapy must encompass the entire human system—mind-body medicine, nervous system regulation, nutrition, and the gut-brain axis.
