I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner licensed in Washington State, with over 13 years of dedicated experience helping individuals and families navigate life’s mental health challenges. I hold both a Doctor of Nursing Practice and a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) with a concentration in psychiatric-mental health.

My focus

I have developed expertise in treating a wide range of conditions, including depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety disorders such as generalized anxiety, panic disorder, and social anxiety, as well as ADHD and other attention/focus challenges. I provide care for sleep difficulties, stress management, and adjustment-related concerns.
