I am passionate about helping and serving others! I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, trauma and abuse, chronic pain, & depression. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment.

I work with clients who are struggling with trauma, depression, anxiety, chronic pain, etc. I take a holistic approach in implementing education and mental/behavioral approaches to the physical, psychological, social, and spiritual aspects of the person. I believe all our negative thoughts and behaviors are rooted in trauma.
