My communication style is warm, compassionate, and respectful. I strive to create a safe, welcoming, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel comfortable expressing themselves openly. I approach each session with active listening, empathy, and patience, making sure clients feel heard, valued, and supported.

My journey to mental healthcare

I was drawn to a career in mental healthcare because of my deep passion for helping others heal, grow, and live fulfilling lives. I have always believed in the importance of emotional well-being and how it affects every part of a person’s life. Witnessing how mental health challenges impact individuals, families, and communities inspired me.

My goals for you

I take a collaborative and patient-centered approach to goal setting. In our early sessions, I work with patients to explore their personal values, current challenges, and what they hope to achieve through treatment. Together, we identify realistic, meaningful, and achievable goals that align with their needs and priorities.

During our first session, patients can expect a warm, welcoming, and judgment-free environment where they can feel comfortable sharing their story. I begin by getting to know you—your background, current challenges, and what has brought you to seek care. We will discuss your symptoms, mental health history, medical background.
