My style is warm, straightforward, and conversational. I listen closely, ask detailed questions, and explain the reasoning behind treatment recommendations in a way that makes sense. I want appointments to feel comfortable and collaborative while still being focused and clinically thorough.

My journey to mental healthcare

My background as a nurse practitioner began in pain management, where I saw firsthand how closely physical and mental health are connected. That experience led me into psychiatry and addiction medicine, where I found a passion for helping people navigate complex concerns with thoughtful, individualized care.

My goals for you

We start by identifying what you want to improve in your daily life. Together, we develop realistic treatment goals, monitor what is and isn’t working, and adjust the plan as needed so treatment remains purposeful and individualized.

Our first session

The first visit is a chance for me to really understand you and what has been going on. We’ll talk through your symptoms, history, current concerns, and what you hope to get from treatment. I’ll share my thoughts along the way, answer your questions, and we’ll decide together what makes sense moving forward.
