My journey to mental healthcare

My extensive experience in the healthcare field led me to study more and specialize in mental health care, as it is complex and highly influential. Everyone, at some point in their lifetime, goes through some kind of mental health challenge.

My goals for you

I believe in working as a team. I empower my clients and validate their input in their mental health treatment so that they feel validated, heard, and supported. Mental health, like any other aspect of our health, needs consistent care and regular check-ups to help us function well.

Our first session

Taking the first step to seek mental health care can be challenging. I have witnessed that finding the right mental health provider can play a significant role in addressing our mental health, as well as in allowing us to be productive and function better. I will ensure my patients feel connected and build a rapport with me.
