My journey to mental healthcare

My attraction to a career in mental healthcare stems from a deep-seated commitment to making a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals facing mental health challenges. Witnessing the impact of mental health disorders on family members provided me with an understanding of the struggles and stigma often associated with these conditions.

My goals for you

I approach goal setting with patients by using a collaborative and individualized process. I engage in active listening to understand the patient's unique concerns, values, and aspirations. Together, we identify specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound goals that align with their personal needs and therapeutic objectives.

Our first session

During a first session with me, patients can expect a welcoming and supportive atmosphere where they can comfortably share their concerns and expectations. I begin by introducing myself and explaining the structure of our sessions, including confidentiality and the therapeutic process.
