I live in the Seattle area with my husband and dog. If I'm not in a session, I'm probably reading or crocheting. I bring my personality into my practice and meet you where you are, whether that's with playful humor, crying with you, or providing other perspectives when you're feeling stuck.
My focus
I've noticed my work gravitating towards young women and empowering them to challenge everything we were raised to think about ourselves. We don't have to be people-pleasers, we don't have to feel obligated, we aren't mean if we say "no." You are allowed to prioritize yourself and set boundaries. I am here, unlearning right beside you.
My approach
Some of my favorite sessions involve sharing each other's perspectives and digging deeper into our values and priorities. Once we build a great rapport, I'm not afraid to call you out on thoughts and actions that don't suit your goals. I will be in your corner, rooting for you as you do better and treat yourself better.
