My communication style is warm, direct, and respectful. I aim to create a space where you feel comfortable being honest while also offering clear feedback, reflection, and guidance. Sessions are collaborative and paced to support both insight and practical change.

My journey to mental healthcare

I was drawn to this work through a deep interest in how people form relationships, navigate intimacy, and make meaning of their experiences. Over time, I saw how often shame, stigma, and lack of affirming care limited access to support. Becoming a provider allows me to offer inclusive therapy that honors complexity and authentic connection.

My goals for you

I help clients identify goals that are meaningful, realistic, and aligned with their values. We break larger concerns into manageable steps, track progress together, and adjust goals as needed based on what’s working and what’s not. My role is to support clarity, accountability, and sustainable change at a pace that feels right for you.

Our first session

The first session is a chance to get to know each other and understand what brought you to therapy. We’ll talk about your goals, what you’re hoping for, and any concerns you have, while setting a comfortable pace and clear expectations. My focus is on helping you feel safe, understood, and supported from the start.
