My goal is to listen and provide feedback to you. I strive to provide a quiet space and a calm demeanor. I am not judgmental. I want to hear your thoughts and your story.

My journey to mental healthcare

My family is multi-ethnic. I became strongly interested in trauma after adopting children with attachment issues who brought grief from abuse. With the loss of two children and my earlier challenges, I grew to understand the need for grief counseling and healthy boundaries.

My goals for you

I use a variety of tools to help my clients understand themselves better as we work together to reach their goals. I offer texts and calls between sessions to offer continuity of what is being worked on.

Our first session

I strive to provide a safe and warm environment. A place for you to get to know me and I you, and for you to share why you have chosen to come and what you would like to work on. And my thoughts on how we can approach that.
