Hi there, I'm Alice!

I’m Alice Allis (they/them), a licensed clinical social worker in Colorado and Washington State. I am an MEd and PhD Candidate in Human Sexuality, and also teach MSW students. I offer collaborative, real-world therapy for adolescents and adults, with affirming care for LGBTQIA+ individuals.

My focus

I specialize in supporting adolescents and adults with anxiety, relationships, life transitions, grief, and trauma. I provide affirming care for LGBTQIA+ clients, with a focus on identity, communication, and self-growth. I also have extensive experience with vulnerable populations, offering therapy and case management.

My approach

My approach is person-centered, trauma-informed, and collaborative. I integrate CBT, DBT, Narrative Therapy, and Systems Theory to fit your needs. Grounded in empathy and respect, I focus on building insight, resilience, and practical tools in an affirming, inclusive space where you feel safe and empowered.
