ADHD

Hi there, I'm Ugonna!

You appear capable but feel overwhelmed, distracted, or constantly behind. Many high-functioning adults struggle silently with ADHD, anxiety, depression, or sleep difficulties. Starting care can feel intimidating; you don’t have to manage it alone. I provide structured, compassionate care to help you regain clarity, stability, and focus.

My focus

I work with adults and young adults navigating ADHD, anxiety, depression, and burnout. Many of my clients are professionals, healthcare workers, or individuals balancing multiple roles who feel mentally overloaded. I also support those experiencing mood instability, panic symptoms, and sleep concerns.

My approach

My approach combines evidence-based medication management with practical, skills-based support. I integrate CBT, mindfulness, and executive-function strategies to improve focus, emotional regulation, and daily functioning. Treatment is collaborative and goal-oriented, focusing on measurable progress rather than temporary relief.
