I create warm, and safe environment to support, collaborate, and guide you to openly express your fear, shame, judgment, anger, and lack of trust to yourself and assist you make necessary changes in live toward your happiness.

My journey to mental healthcare

I become a provider as I come from a culture, tradition, environment, and community that human emotion/feeling was not being recognized and accepted. I realized that I did not want to become another "invisible person" to live my life. I want to be "Me" and to feel what I want to feel. Therapy was my roadmap to find "me".

My goals for you

Therapy is a roadmap that guide you to find your way out when you feel stuck and lost on your life path.

The first session with me would me "get to know each other" to build the "trust and comfort" to work with each other.
