My focus

I enjoy working with older adults and can provide support when they feel they may not have any support. I am a vet myself and familiar with the struggles many vets deal with upon leaving the military.

I will listen to your story as you are the best person to tell your story. I try to make you as comfortable as possible and be someone who is easy for you to talk to and trust.

My journey to mental healthcare

I have been helping people in one way or another for many years. I had to go through a few different helping roles to determine where I wanted to be and how I would help. Once I found out that path, I made the decision to go back to school and completed that degree, and have been working in the field since.

I work with you as the client to determine your goals and priorities and create a plan based on that information.

The first session will be you telling your story. I will ask some questions and provide some guidance and input, but the session will be focused on you telling me how you feel and how you feel I can help you.
