My journey to mental healthcare

I have worked in the field of mental health for over 18 years, I have worn many hats, working as a hospital social worker specializing in family therapy, parenting support, sports performance, Brain Gym educator, and EFT- Tapping as a specialty. I still love what I do because of the clients. I am looking forward to working with you!

Our first session

Our first session will be an opportunity for us to get to know one another. We'll discuss your background and what brings you to therapy. Therapy is a process, and we'll continue to build our work together over time. It's completely normal to feel nervous about your first appointment. We'll take it one step at a time, and I'm here to guide you.
