My journey to mental healthcare

After working as a small business owner, I found myself drawn to healthcare and wanted to make a deeper impact. I became a registered nurse and developed a strong interest in mental health. Today, I integrate my diverse background to provide compassionate, holistic care.

I help break down big goals into manageable steps so progress feels achievable. We revisit goals regularly to track progress and celebrate milestones.

During our first session, you can expect a calm, supportive, nonjudgmental environment where you feel safe sharing your story. I'll get to know you—your concerns, history, current symptoms, and what you hope to gain from treatment. We'll discuss medication options and lifestyle factors if appropriate.
