I work with adults to alleviate anxiety and stress, manage relationship and career issues, and overcome the lingering effects of childhood trauma. My approach centers on helping you build coping skills, alleviate painful and distressing emotions, improve self-understanding, and live more fully and authentically.
My focus
I enjoy helping adults find relief from anxiety, panic, or social anxiety that arises from life transitions, identity and relationship concerns, difficult family relationships, harsh self-criticism, or adverse childhood events. If interested, I also have specialized training and experience in integrating a client’s spirituality into their care.

Using a trauma-informed and culturally sensitive lens, I integrate proven interventions to help you get in touch with and process your emotions, build self-compassion, and increase mindfulness skills.
