Hi there, I'm Lecion!
I believe that, as a therapist, my role is a tour guide. I help people see roadblocks that keep them from being and experiencing their best selves. I am there to walk beside you in areas that are hard to face. I specialize in helping you walk through the parts of your life that are too dark to visit alone.
My focus
I meet my clients where they are. You choose the goal or destination, and we work together to find a path to take you there. Life is hard sometimes, and I am not saying that it won’t be, but it can be easier, and you do not have to do it alone.
My approach
I help you navigate the darkness by finding your personal stars to steer by and the tools to stay on course. I always lead with compassion and care. I will give honesty and value it in return, and hope to build open and reciprocal communication.
