I am here if you are open to self-reflection and motivated to make positive changes, while building a trusting relationship.
My approach
I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Exposure and Response Prevention therapy to combine working with a person's thinking style, exposure therapy to teach the brain, and change in behaviors that can change thinking patterns to more helpful and hopeful thinking.
