I specialize in working with individual adults. My therapeutic approach is to provide a safe and supportive environment where clients can explore their challenges and develop coping skills.

I work with adults who are struggling with a variety of conditions, including anxiety, stress, depression, sleep problems, grief, ADHD, and more. I tailor my approach to each client's individual needs and goals.

I have a client-centered and solution-focused approach to therapy. I enjoy finding out what your goals are for therapy and working with you wherever you are in your journey. I use Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Behavioral Activation, Motivational Interviewing, and other client-centered and evidence-based approaches.

My communication style

I believe that each person is different and should be treated as such. I am a good listener and use reflective listening to ensure that I understand what the client is saying. Counseling with me will feel like teamwork, and I will maintain a positive attitude throughout the process.

My journey to mental healthcare

I was attracted to a career as a therapist because I felt called to help others. I enjoy the bond I form with my clients and watching their weekly progress as they reach their goals.

My goals for you

I love helping people reach their goals. I help them break their goals down into small, doable steps. Each week, I help them identify tasks that align with their goals. I find that many people enjoy having accountability for their goals.

Our first session

I'm a good listener, and I'm here to help you. During our first session, I'll mostly listen so I can get to know you. Then we'll work together to define a goal for counseling and develop a plan to help you reach that goal.
