Struggling with anxious thoughts and/or self-doubt? I work with adults navigating anxiety, life transitions, trauma, and self-esteem challenges. Together, we’ll build coping skills and create a personalized plan for growth that feels empowering and achievable.
My approach
My approach is practical and collaborative, giving you tools to be more in control. I use a blend of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), emotionally focused therapy (EFT), attachment theory, and mindfulness to help you achieve your goals. In addition, I am also trained in eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) therapy.
