For more than twenty years, I’ve worked across medical, psychiatric, forensic, and community settings, helping individuals navigate trauma, anxiety, depression, life transitions, and overwhelming stress.

I help clients understand their patterns, reconnect with their resilience, and develop practical strategies for emotional well‐being.

I believe therapy should feel collaborative, respectful, and empowering — a place where you feel safe to grow. During our first session together I will work with you to develop goals aligned with your current needs and listen for patterns that will help me to truly understand who you are.
