My journey started with a deep curiosity about the human experience and a desire to understand how people navigate challenges. What motivates me is knowing therapy can be transformative. Seeing clients gain insight, build resilience, and move forward with confidence drives my work.

I view therapy as a partnership where we set meaningful, realistic goals reflecting what's most important to you. We'll start by identifying your priorities, and as we move forward, your goals may shift as you gain new insights. I'll be there as you navigate changes, adapting our approach to ensure it's aligned with where you're at.

Our first session

Our first session will be a chance to get to know one another and start building a trusting relationship. We'll talk about your background, what brought you to therapy, and any immediate challenges you're facing. This session sets the foundation for our work together. It's normal to feel nervous, but we'll go at a comfortable pace.
