Within both the physical space and the virtual frame existing as 'the session', I have been welcoming adolescents, individual adults, couples and families to a better understanding of themselves and their interpersonal others since 2016. Welcome.

In the therapeutic space, my hope is that you and I will have the opportunity to approach your current ways of relating through a lens that sheds light on destructive or harmful patterns in your existence currently. I believe this will better help us to find paths that may result in the greatest possible growth and healing for you.
My approach
My therapeutic emphasis is relational psychodynamic psychotherapy. Drawing from belief in this world, I focus on integrating psychodynamic (paying attention to dynamic tensions and resulting conscious distresses), phenomenolological (looking at the meaning of one’s experience), Cognitive and Dialectical Behavioral, plus a Family Systems approaches.
