As a fellow entrepreneur and mom, I get the challenge of balancing big dreams and high expectations. That's why I offer a judgment-free space for people to explore their feelings and find tools to break free from overthinking and unrealistic demands.

Our first session

Our first session is a chance for us to get to know each other. We'll talk about your background, goals, and the reasons you're seeking therapy. Together, we'll develop a plan that focuses on what you want to work on, and I'll guide you through the next steps. Feel free to bring a cup of coffee into the session.
