I communicate with warmth, clarity, and zero judgment. My goal is to explain and resonate with my client therapeutically. I believe a strong therapeutic relationship starts with trust, so I prioritize creating a space where you feel safe to ask questions and show up as your authentic self. You are always an active partner in your care.

My journey to mental healthcare

My path was shaped by a lifelong passion for people in communities where mental health care has historically been overlooked. As a SAMHSA Rural Minority Fellow and longtime youth advocate, I've seen firsthand how untreated mental health needs impact entire families and communities.

My goals for you

We start by identifying what matters most to you and building realistic, meaningful goals together. Through medication management, psychoeducation, and collaborative care planning, we keep moving in the right direction. Progress is tracked, celebrated, and adjusted as your needs evolve.

Our first session

Our first session is a conversation, not an interrogation. I'll take time to learn about your background, current concerns, and what you're hoping to gain from care while walking you through what working together will look like. My goal is for you to leave feeling less alone and more hopeful about what's ahead.
