In practice, I believe that trust and partnership are key to meaningful care. I am especially passionate about helping people feel heard and understood, whether they’re taking their first steps toward treatment or managing ongoing challenges.

My journey to mental healthcare

After completing my degree and training with a specialization in psychiatry from the University of Wisconsin Madison, I went on to gain extensive experience in outpatient, community, department of corrections, and integrated care settings and currently I have 11+ years of specialized psychiatric clinical experience.

My goal is to help you feel heard, understood, and supported as we work together toward healing and growth. I focus on creating a partnership where your strengths and values guide our path forward.

In our first session, we'll take time to understand your story, concerns, and goals. You can expect a calm, nonjudgmental space where we begin building trust and exploring how we can work together to support your mental health journey.
