I help people who have experienced trauma, especially sexual trauma, and those struggling with anxiety, depression, and relationship difficulties. My warm, direct approach creates a safe space where you can understand how past experiences shape your present and learn to regain control.
My focus
I work with adults experiencing trauma and PTSD, particularly sexual trauma. I also help with anxiety, depression, relationship problems, difficulty feeling close to others, strong emotional reactions, sexual concerns, pornography addiction, and stress management.
My approach
I primarily use a Cognitive Behavioral approach to therapy; however, I include a variety of approaches, including Trauma Informed Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Trauma Focused CBT, and elements of Dialectical Behavior Therapy.
