I work hard to create a non-judgmental space for my clients and constantly work on checking my personal biases. I strive to make my clients feel safe and validated. I am transparent and strive to make my clients feel comfortable.

My goals for you

After the first session, I typically discuss my clients' therapy goals with them. We discuss long-term and short-term goals. My goal is to help my clients develop realistic and achievable goals.

Our first session

My first session is used to gather information on my clients. I will ask questions about your childhood, family history, symptoms, and social history. I also use this session to conduct various screenings for more significant disorders, including suicidal ideation, AODA, PTSD, and mood disorders.
