My journey to mental healthcare

My parents divorced when I was a young child, and my mother took me to see a therapist to help work through that. I very much appreciated the support and unconditional positive regard that I sensed from the therapist even if I could not verbalize it then.

My goals for you

I work to develop goals based on client statements and presentation, and always confer with clients before making goals to better ensure that we are on the same page about what the client wants to accomplish.

Our first session

Clients can expect a thorough approach to gain all necessary background and historical information to reach an appropriate diagnosis and development of goals to formulate treatment plan, all while working to build rapport and set a foundation to creation of a strong therapeutic relationship.
