My journey to mental healthcare

What attracted me to a career as a therapist was the opportunity to help people grow into the vision they have for themselves. We all have things happen in our lives that are difficult to navigate alone.

When it comes to goal setting, I like to collaborate with you to identify what they want to achieve and then break it down into small steps. I like to utilize your unique strengths when creating a plan.

Our first session

In the first session, you can expect a friendly introduction and a chance to share your story, concerns, and goals in a safe, confidential space. We'll discuss confidentiality, the therapeutic process, and any questions or concerns you may have.
