I have worked with individuals ranging from ages three to eighty. I am an Australian musician, father, documentary producer, author, recording artist, workshop presenter, and educator. I take a trauma-informed and holistic approach to our work together.
My focus
My typical clients are often long-term clients who have established a great rapport with me, and I look forward to traveling through life's challenges with them. I often work with anxiety management, trauma processing, life changes, and existential crises.
My approach
I believe the Therapeutic Alliance is the most important part of having a productive and positive experience together. I've been trained in several approaches, but empathetic and respectful relationship establishment has been the most important part of my practice.
