My focus

I work with patients of all ages with varying mental health conditions. Most often, I treat depression and anxiety as well as sleep issues and PTSD.

My approach to care is working with you toward a plan of care that meets your needs. I believe it's your body and your life, and I'm here to help you get to the best you possible.

My communication style

My goal is to have you feeling comfortable and happy(er) at the end of the session. I'm direct and provide a lot of education. I also tend to include some humor because laughter is good medicine.

My journey to mental healthcare

I worked in many mental health areas and always had a goal of becoming a provider. I enjoy having the ability to make a more impactful difference and believe that part of good patient care is a good relationship with my patients.
