Hi there, I'm Amanda!

I am so glad you've taken the step towards building a healthier you. I've been working in mental health for over 10 years, mostly with individuals navigating addiction and recovery. I also specialize in trauma and PTSD using a method called CPT, and I work with couples as well.

My focus

Are you facing life changes, feeling overwhelmed, or navigating the effects of trauma? Do you need support on your recovery journey? I work with adults who are experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, and major life transitions.

My approach

I believe that meaningful progress in therapy begins with a strong therapeutic relationship-- one that is grounded in trust, empathy, and respect. Using a person-centered approach, I work to empower my clients by recognizing their strengths and encouraging active participation in the healing process.
