My focus
I have a deep passion for helping individuals overcome past trauma. Often mental health needs result from the body's adaption to overcome hardships faced in early childhood. Trauma can result in many different challenges as we age including depression, schizophrenia, bipolar, schizoaffective & personality disorders, PTSD, panic, anxiety, or ADHD.
My approach
I believe in using the biopsychosocial theoretical framework to guide my care. By understanding a person's genetic framework, social factors, current and past home environment, medical history, relationships, current needs, and much more, we can together come up with a well-rounded plan to promote success.
