I am a psychiatric nurse practitioner focused on helping you feel more in control of your mental health. My journey to mental healthcare

My path to becoming a psychiatric provider began with a deep interest in how mental health shapes every facet of life. I earned my DNP from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh and my PMHNP from the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee. I’m passionate about providing care where you feel heard, respected, and actively involved in your treatment.

From there, we create an individualized treatment plan that may include medication adjustments, education, and practical strategies. I monitor progress closely and adjust treatment as your needs evolve.

The first session is a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation. We’ll review your symptoms, medical history, past treatments, and current concerns. I’ll ask questions to better understand your goals and explain possible treatment options so we can decide together on the next steps.
